Glow !... It's your day
Every bride wants to have a natural glow and look radiant on their wedding day, and the best place to start is with a skin regime. At least 6 weeks before the wedding, undertake a skin and nail care program. Relax! Go for a facial and manicure and ask your beautician to advise good beauty products.
Quick Skincare Tips
- Do not compromise on your sleep; otherwise you will be hard-pressed to hide your under-eye circles on the wedding day.
[Top Tip! - Lack of sleep, excessive stress, smoking, not exercising and unhealthy eating will all have detrimental effects on your skin.]
- Changing your diet and eating correctly will ensure that your skin will be radiant and glowing as you walk down the aisle.
- Use essential oils in your bath and try to attend at least one aromatherapy session before the wedding.
- Remember, what goes on in your mind also reflects on your face.
- Don't forget your back and shoulders. It's probably the most neglected part of your body and sexy shoulders are a must if you're planning to wear a halter-neck or strapless dress. Make sure you give your back a good scrub when you're in the bath - or get someone else to do it - exfoliate all those hard-to-reach places, and if your back is prone to spots, tie your hair up in a bun when you sleep so the oils from your hair don't touch your shoulders or back.
