Glow !... It's your day

Every bride wants to have a natural glow and look radiant on their wedding day, and the best place to start is with a skin regime. At least 6 weeks before the wedding, undertake a skin and nail care program. Relax! Go for a facial and manicure and ask your beautician to advise good beauty products.

Quick Skincare Tips

  1. Do not compromise on your sleep; otherwise you will be hard-pressed to hide your under-eye circles on the wedding day.
[Top Tip! - Lack of sleep, excessive stress, smoking, not exercising and unhealthy eating will all have detrimental effects on your skin.]
  2. Changing your diet and eating correctly will ensure that your skin will be radiant and glowing as you walk down the aisle.
  3. Use essential oils in your bath and try to attend at least one aromatherapy session before the wedding.
  4. Remember, what goes on in your mind also reflects on your face.
  5. Don't forget your back and shoulders. It's probably the most neglected part of your body and sexy shoulders are a must if you're planning to wear a halter-neck or strapless dress. Make sure you give your back a good scrub when you're in the bath - or get someone else to do it - exfoliate all those hard-to-reach places, and if your back is prone to spots, tie your hair up in a bun when you sleep so the oils from your hair don't touch your shoulders or back.
